Non-bailable warrant

Dear Experts,
Thanks for your valuable advice!

Please advice how can I find out the Bank is going to the Court to get Non Bailable Arrest Warrant against me?

As the Bank or Court will issue Notice or summons to me before filling?

As I am informing, I am ready to pay the committed amount but I need 2 months time.
Please advice.
Thanks & Regards,
Ramanathan

Legaliity of future dated power of attorney

A development agreement along with Power of attorney is executed and presented on 15-1-2015 between a family and a developer kept ADM and registered on 16-1-2015. Post registration, in the document one family member is shown represented by another member of the family by a Power of attorney by reason of disability, this p.o.a is not registered but notarized (blood relation) interestingly this notarization is dated 16-1-2015, Assuming the acceptance of such presented document itself is a grave mistake (?) by the registrar***, is this document a valid document. In the document executed and presented on 15th and registered on 16th Does the member representing the disabled member have the power. Is the document valid

***(fact is 'the document presented on 15th is altered to replace the disabled member with a representative on 16th).

validity time of sale agreement (rs 100 stamp paper)

What is the validaity time period of Plot Buy Agreement(rs 100 stamp paper).
We have done such agreement in october ,2012 .But in place of my father name on that sale agreement, mama has put up his name. All money paid by my father. Now ,mama want share in that plot.
I heard that such sale agreement (rs 100 stamp paper) has maximum validity of 3yrs from the date agreement made. Or such agreement validity for whole life time. Please confirm on timeperiod over this agreement stays valid?
Because if its validity automatical gets expired on 3yrs completion and no legal value.
Then we can create new agreement on my father name without any worry of old agreement.

Non-bailable warrant

Dear Exerts, Please Advice:

I have Citibank Credit card / Loan outstanding and I finally settled in Lok-Adalat at Rs.1,20,000/-.

The Award copy of Lok-Adalat (as I agree & signed by me)Terms of Compromise read as "Opponent ready to pay Rs.1,000/- per month from 20th Dec 2014 to till 20th June 2015 and thereafter remaining amount in the installment per month of Rs.20,000/- each."

I have paid Rs.1,000/- per month for 7 months & balance amount Rs.20,000/- per month I could not pay due to financial problem & I ask the bank for some time till December, but last week the bank executive informed me by phone as they will issue non-bailable arrest warrant against me.

I am in a difficult position, How will I know if they issue warrant against me?, where should I contact?

Please advice!

Thanks & Best regards,
Ramanathan
