There is a case running in the court where the accused is currently on bail.
The person has also cheated my friend.
I wanted some documents like his current sureity's details and others that were submitted for the granting bail.
Also he is shown to be in hospital, so can I get the hospital records also attached in the file.
Please help me on this.

I want to rent a property which has three owners, two of which reside outside India and have issued a Power of Attorney in favor of a person in India for the property (who is not the third owner of the property). The third joint owner of the property resides in India.
The owner in India claims that the agreement can be entered between us. (i.e. the owner in India and me) for renting of the property thereby, not mentioning anything about the other owners in the agreement (not even the Power of Attorney Holder).
Will this be a valid agreement? Also if the owner in India signs an indemnity bond for claims of other owners can this agreement be registered as the agreement is for a period of more than 11 months?
Also required format of Leave and License Agreement.

dear experts,
M/s.abc ltd entered into a lease agreement with Mr.xyz.
Agreement is duly executed by both the parties.
both the parties mutually decided to execute document without getting it stamped to avoid the stamp duty payment.
In the above case, can this agreement is enforceable in the court?
can any party seek legal remedy if any dispute arises through this unstamped agreement?
Can this agreement is called as Illegal agreement though the purpose and object of this agreement is legal? kindly advice me on these issues??

Greeting !
My mother has executed a General POA in my Uncles (Mama) name regarding a parcel of land situated in Hisar district in Haryana.
My mother stays in Kolkata. We want to get the POA registered in kolkata.
Kindly advice me where can I get it registered and what should be the registration and stamp duty cost like.
Also, the documents I should be taking along while going for registry.
The POA has been executed on a 100 Rs stamp paper.

CAN A STATUTARY AGREEMENT BE AMMENDED . IF IT CAN BE AMMENDED WILL BE THANKFUL IF ANY SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT NO AND CASE NAME ARE PROVIDED .THE AGREEMENT IS DISCRIMINATING TO ME AND WANT AMMENDMENT WITH SUITABLE PETITION WITH APPROPRIATE FORUM .

If a document is notarised but does not contain Notary reference /document number, only red stamp present with Notary stamp....does document stand valid?
What is importance of notarised document?

Dear sir / madam,
While executing Deed of hypothication against stock stamp duty of Rs. 1,00,000/- paid instead of Rs. 1,25,000/- hence Rs. 25,000 short paid in 2012 but, now it has been found out so, now which remedy available to rectify such deficiancy in such document?
Please reply as prompt as practible as its an URGENT matter.

I have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 500/- Stamp Paper with a my client, which is not notarized, not registered. Now my client has ditched me and not following all terms and conditions. Can I file case against him based on MoU. MoU is signed by both parties.
