A residential Sale deed was regisered in favour of my wife before her divorce with previous husband. Whole sole owner was my wife but name of her husband is written as her husband in Sale Deed.
Now found some typing errors (Apartment Name is incorrect) in that sale deed.
The Seller is ready to co-operate with us.
Now Kindly provide expert advise that while executing Correction Deed in Sub-registrar Office, my wife has to submit her old ID Proof and Address Proof as was submitted at the time of Sale Deed or She has to mention her latest identity and submit her her latest ID Proof (which shows my name as husband) and latest Address Proof.

Pls guide re procedure for execution of a Special Power of Attorney by a wife to her husband.
1.The Special PoA is intended to be used in Bangalore to sell the property at Bangalore, which is in joint names of both;
2. Husband lives in Bangalore; while wife lives in Gurgaon, Haryana. She also has proof of 'residence address' at New Delhi - her parental address;
3. What all charges, fee, stamp, etc. she has to pay for this Special PoA?
4. Can the Special PoA be executed by her in New Delhi.
5. What value Non-judicial Stamp Paper she needs to buy, if any?

Refuse to give the office copy by lawyer
Sir,
1.One of the my Lawyer has issued a legal notice to vendor on behalf of me on Property case for delay in registration of Flat. Vendor also replied. Now the Lawyer has refused to give the Notice (office copy) and vendors reply letter. He says both are missing and even to refuse to give the Office copy of notice copy issued to vendor.
Whether Court is consider the Xerox copy.
What action to be taken on this type of Lawyer by me.
