authentication of e gazette of state govt

dear sir, if any PSU official is asking for the genuiness of any state govt gazette submitted by employee for change in caste by concern state with all the required certificates issued by the state what should an employee do in this case? As gazette copy is not required to be attested but the psu dept is asking for verification of genuiness of that gazette copy by the authority who has issued my caste certificate .
kindly reply its urgent how can an sub divisional officer or circle officer attest the state govt gazette sayi g its genuine as it has been notified in govt site of that concern state.
what action can be taken against this

Add words in my name in passoport

i have a big name. recently i applied for passport and received the same. but i want to add one word to it, which i missed to enter earlier. i have a proof of that name in adhar card. ssc was not useful as it contains only initials.

i dont want gazette procedure as i am not changing my name. it is just small correction. anybody please tell me the proper way?

in ssc: m v v satyanarayana b

'b' is my sir name/or family name.

here i want to add 'naga' to my name which was missed even as initial in ssc, which was there in adhar and pan card.

Incorrect documents created by developer

Dear Sirs,
Please guide me on the below issue...
My father-in-law owned land of one acre in Bangalore South. Around his land layout formed and his land in middle of the layout. Developer approached him and convinced him for JD at the ratio of 65:35.To for a layout in that one acre In the year 2013,Developer and land owner manually made agreement and GPA. Developer got 35%share 8100sqft two plots 382/383 and this was transferred thru sale deed, which was not known by my father-in-law. On 30/11/2013 my father-in-law decided to sale some portion of his plot to sale to the developer himself. So he sold 384no.1623 sqft plot to the developer for the price of 2000/sqft, he got 3250000rs. Developer issued cheques. Now problem starts here developer made two sale deed for 382/382 and 384 and got registered on the same day. Only one sale deed of plot no. 384 shown to my father-in-law, in this deed he mentioned payment details like payment done thru different cheques, however these cheques mentioned in the sale deed of plots 382/383, and value shown is 25lakh which is below market or guidance value. in this sale deed both selling price and market price mentioned in the sale deed causing the problem.
now IT department issued a notice to my father in law under 50C asking for the explanation for selling property lesser then guidance value. This notice issued to the second sale deed which was wrongly created by developer for plots 382/383. Now developer asking my father in law to pay tax of around ten lakhs, we really worried, can you please guide us. Can we file case on developer for creating two sale deeds without the knowledge of land owner, because land owner is a farmer and uneducated.

My mother has property in her place and now also it is there (A). after marriage she moved to her husband own house (B) and expired in my father home (B) . address noted in death certificate is B .
How to claim her properties from mother place A when once her address as noted in death certificate is B.father expired in 2012

Demand draft being held by the party despite of requesting t

Hi..
I made a DD of 3lakhs on last friday 4the of november with the help of a friend who was supposedly guiding us into his ecommmerce business. But then the DD was made in the name of Vihan direct Sales pvt ltd. And they work for some qnet.. which I was not aware of. I genuinely Ely didn't know what qnet or vihan is. And we were not even informed in advance abt this mlm or chain marketing business.
After he dd was made, my friend kept the DD with him . On my way back home I researched a lot abt this company and I just didn't want to get associated with it. I wrote emails to all the authorities from qnet .. as vihan is said to be their sales division or franchisee operating from india.
Simultaneously I requested my friend to return me d DD as we are not interested in it.
So he said it's couriered to vihan direct sales in bangalore. I tried following up with some ppl from vihan direct . Immediately the next morning. But no response as it was a Saturday and Sunday. Ppl out there from vihan didn't gv me any details as they didn't recieve the dd. My friend also deliberately didn't gv me courier details as I would have stopped the courier from reaching them and return the dd to kya bank as my bank was ready to help provided I had the original dd with me.
The day my friend gave me the courier slip copy via whatsapp and I traced the courier guy the same time DD was recieved by the security guard from vihan direct sales pvt ltd.
Now when I intimated their team that you guys have recieved the courier pls send it back to me. They are denying to send it to me and say that we will have to follow the procedures as you are enrolled in our business we cannot courier it back to you. Rather you let the DD get cared and apply for a refund. But we can't promise anything deductions from it.

In this case can my bank help me by stopping this DD from being cleared and get me my refund. Pls help.. shama.flexione@gmail.com

Birth certificate

Hello,
We have taken a passport in 2004 using Affidavit from Magistrate for Date of Birth. Now when we went for renewal they said these are not valid and asked bring a certificate. Where to we get this from? I vaguely got some direction that we need to get it from court and then get it registered with the Corporation. Kindly help me in this please.

Can unregistered agreement enforceable in agreement in court of law

Sir, there is a property in walkheshwar road, mumbai and the agreement between builder and mr.x was unregistered. Agreement executed in the year 1962 and the original payment receipts are available for total sale consideration.. If they approach for Bank's loan for mortgaging their prpoerty then is it acceptable to Banker.

If Bank accepts the security. Can it be enforceable in cour of law, in case borrower defaults....

Sir, I wringly entered my date of birth in a job application form. My friends told me that it may affect my interview. So I want to know that if there is any supporting documents like one and the same cirtificate or affidavit to tackle this issue??

Right legal way to transfer property

My mother has some property which is in her name and was purchased by her husband. Her husband has passed away. She has three sons. She wants to transfer the property which is in her name to her two sons and not to the third son. What is the correct legal way of doing so while she is alive so that it cannot be challanged in the court of law by her third son after she dies.
