i have Post office depoists accounts in city named A( my ancestral place , i have my school certificate also from same place). I send/ visit my mother every month and i give 75% salary to my mother and she depoist 50% from that in my name in post office, in city A. As i am not staying in city A my name was removed from a ration card also . My brother , mother stay in city A
For job purposes i stay in CITY B.
i dont have voter card , adhar card , ration card, driving license etc of city A. as proof of address of city A
.i have driving licence of city B and stay in rent house ,--where i stay now for job and i am unmarried .
Now post office authorities ask for KYC update documents of city A where i hold depoists. i could not neither take or depoist money in this postoffice CITY A . mother worried
How to solve this .
on of my friend borrowed Rs. 200000.00 (Rs two lakh) from me, a year before, 6 month earlier when i asked my money back he requested for some more time, then i agree but i asked him for a post dated cheque and a affidavit.
then he gives me a affidavit and Rs two lakh cheque of 15th jan 2017, but when i presented that cheque its dishonored.
I wanted to serve him a legal notice by self, I know that I can go to a lawyer and he will serve the notice on behalf of me, but I wanted to serve him notice for legal action myself.
So please help me by a sample notice so i can serve him a notice for period of 15 days
It is possible to make obc non creamy layer certificate in past date i.e It is made that the candidate belongs to obc during last 3 year although he not make his obc during last three year but in current job he has asked for obc dated between 15-3-2013 to 9-9-2016 but now it is 3-2-2017.How can I get obc of the past date ie is legal . Please reply Its urgent.

If one of the member in AOP dies , then is it necessary to make new AOP deed or supplementary deed to the original deed is sufficient?
Also can we mention addition of member in the supplementary deed(if supplementary deed allowed). Also what would be the situation if legal heir of deceased member joins in as a member?

We have Lease agreement which needs to submit different people and authorities including govt. authorities. The issue is that we dont want to disclose our commercial information like Rent. So can we produce that agreement before Govt. by hiding this confidential information

I newly appointed as secretary of the society, I have started working on some pending issues, like collection of Agreements of Sale & Rent Agreement with Police Verification, I have appointed on my personal capacity, to members brother to do the paperwork without any fees or charges,as he is senior citizen and is at Home daily, now the previous committee members are objecting it
The appointed senior citizen, works in Society Office, uses my personal laptop, as society does not have & we needed to make excel sheets & certain notices for non submission,
The above is one issue.
The Other is daily they are calling at me messaging me that security Guard is not in dress & he is arguing with others, & his Language is not proper he needs to be changed. Infact their wife clicks the Images of the Security Guards & whatsapp to Society Group.
Also this is the Same Security Guard since last 2 Months before I became secretary.
What I felt its totally hostile environment, and difficult to work.
So I have decided to resign, we have yet not changed any bank signatures, & not informed the Society Registrar, I have became secretary on 6/11/2016,
I am collecting now the agreements from members, Society is 1.5 Year Old, till date not papers were collected from members.
TDS, Income Tax has been not deducted, No Income Tax Return is filed
The Previous Committee says that No Need to file the Income Tax Return & TDS Deduction, as unnecessary work will increase.
No Lift Papers, Share Certificates issued with wrong spellings.
No As I am submitting the resignation, do i need to inform the Registrar.
And what to do if the committee does not accept the Resignation

Hi, I have a small problem with my caste certificate. It was a mistake done by my parents who are not literate. When i joined SCHOOL my mother gave her caste "JETTY" as my caste in SCHOOLING and it has continued for me now also, But my father is a "BALIJA/BALIJIGA/BANAJIGA", i heard it can be changed on producing my fathers TC (TRANSFER CERTIFICATE) from his school. ?? Is this by any way possible... i have missed many financial assistance/Scholarships from our community so.
Please suggest an advocate for this

My son was born in Mumbai and in his birth certificate there is incorrect surname which we want to correct, so please suggest me how can i do this change?
Also can i make correction in his Birth Certificate in Pune? instead of Mumbai.
