Sir can you suggest me Book of Company law and Labour law so that i can strong my basic and helpful in jobs point of view ?

Dear Rahul

The Company Law- C. R. Dutta is very nice otherwise you can have Taxmann's - The Companies Act also very good.

Both are good books, learned members have suggensted good books, if possible try to get study materials from Institute of Chartered Secretary.

For good knowledge Ramaiya on Company Law is the best book.
And if you want to get only a basic knowledge then Avtar singh's book is good.

Yes for Company law you may go for Avtar Singh and for Labour law P.R. Malik .

Ramaiya is an authority on Company Law. But Avtar Singh is also equally good.
