Wheter Assistant Chariti Commissioner Can appoint trustee if trustty is not appointed within 90 days from death of trustee, and chenge report is rejected on the reason of not appointed within time.if yes then with according to which provision.

No. He cannot appoint trustee as feared.

sir your answer is no but whnt there is provision in instrument of trust (Scheme) that such power vested to ACC then what.What is valuation of Instrument of Trust (scheme ) .Pls Reply Some what Brifely
