Every single big or small decision in purchasing a new item like vegetables,crockery,small utility items and or moving to other towns for social causes.
has to be taken approval from wifes sisters,or her brother or sisters husband or her parents or her friends.
If not threatening to put a case, dont know what is that?
Looks like husband to be hen pecked.
Now how to capture the evidence of this blackmail?

The issues are may be befitting for a divorce case but not for blackmailing or extortion.
