Dear Sir
I need help from exepertise like you, my father's sister SHUBHANGI filed CrPC 127 for maintenance enhancement on her Husband & case is going on. During this we found his Husband did marriage with another lady before 24 years ago. after details enquiry we found her husband change his family details in his official service book record ( he is Dy Engineer in Govt. Organisation ) like wife name is second wife name, his son name of son from second wife, all nomination like family pension,GPF, gratuity etc are his second wife name.also we found his & her voter ID cards,ration card, property documents, sons birth certificate, etc in which mension father & mother name is of both. can this document is sufficient to prove the bigamy against him. Also please suggest can we go for Ntional commission for women Or court for fast verdict of this .
Your suggesion is highly appriciated .

birth certificate of son mentioning father and second wife name, voter id card , ration cards and other documents will certianly help you in your case for bigamy against the husband .
judicial process tkaes time . no fast verdict .
lady can file domestic violence against her husband . caim right to maintenance , right to stay in shared household or alternative accomodation

First the original marriage between him and your aunt to be established then establish his second marriage and prove it as bigamy with the help of the documents in your possession.
