Sir myself suraj sharma from up..
Sir i im in so problem... before 30 year a brahmin gave land to us for living... we r sir barber... nd we r stil living there but now h they r past away nd now his children... threating us to leave that land... they always abuse us... we serve his family with 30 year... wat i do sir, is that land mine according law or not

Have you any written / registered document which shows land was given to your family for living? If not, you have failed to creat legal right on the land.
Your 30 years of service may not be material for ownership.
Local law applies, discuss with local lawyer.

Once a tenant is always a tenant, you cannot claim ownership on the basis of adverse possession if you are a tenant.
Try to sort out the things by amicable settlement.
