Application in From-II under Rule-6 section-II of West Bengal money lending Act 1940 with affidavit and residential proof with Court fees Rs. 5/- are to submitted to the office.

After receiving the application the cases are sent to concerned Police Stations for verification and after verification the matter is put up for S.D.O.’s approval. The licence is issued after getting approval of S.D.O. In this case court fee of Rs. 25/- has to be submitted.
