Barga land is land that is cultivated by a bargadar, who is a person who cultivates another person's land in exchange for sharing the produce. The bargadar and the owner of the land enter into a barga contract to define the terms of their agreement.

Yes. Barga refers to a piece of land that gets cultivated not by the owner but by someone else on the condition that a share of the produce must be given to the owner. The man cultivating the land is called a bargadar.
