Bar council

I approached a advocate to file a suit for partition. The advocate asked me about Rs.4,00,000/- for court fee. i have also gave the same to him. But he has filed only suit for injunction.Later, i come to my knowledge and feel that i was cheated by the advocate. Further I met the advocate and asked him to return the huge money which was received from me. But, he replied that the said amount has compensated as his fees.
Now,How I recover my money or how I take necessary action aginst him. Please help me. Because I am very poor.

If your allegations are indeed true then you apart from lodging complaint against him in the Bar Council , should file a criminal case for committing fraud and cheating .
Do not waste time.
