Bank asking personal details

Ji,
I was having Citi Bank credit card for 21 years with no default clearing Card outstanding on time every time.
After citi Bank migrated retail banking to Axis Bank, now I am with Axis Bank and having credit card only with Axis Bank. With multiple complaints proving systemic failure like Data leakage, Impersonation of RBI, misrepresented RBI's authority quoting wrong credit card number fabrication of statement, tampering of documents to appear genuine, producing wrong doc proof before ombudsman, to close the complaint, unauthorised transaction etc,. Etc over last 11 months.
Now Axis Bank asking my bank account details account number, with IFSC code, by sending a mail.
Why should a credit card custome, share personal bank account details for no reasons.
They will response to something else not addressing the core subjects in an unprofessional style. So asking why from them is almost equal to no response.
Is sharing personal bank account details is part of KYC for a credit Card customer?

You posted more queries on this, in other words. You can file a lawsuit against the bank in court.
