Bank account closure

I have requested a SB account closing request with ICICI Bank,
the bank refused to close the account with in 2 days as per their usual business norms,
which I presume with an intention to charge for not maintaining monthly average balance(MAB)

It is more than 15 plus days the bank is not initiating the request of account closure.

please let me know what is the immunity available to me for the deficiency of service at bank

Have you given the request in writing and have a copy of the request letter for closure of the account?
If so, you may follow up it with the bank manager directly for non response from the staff despite passing of 15 days or more after having received the request, you can record your visit to bank in this connection and after that you can plan to approach consumer forum for registering a complaint against the bank for deficiency in service

I have 0 balance in my account
The bank at last closed my SB account after a complaint lodged at consumer forum.

Now they have sent Rs.10 DD without covering letter.
Can I file a case against the Bank
