Bail conndition relax

dear i have a 420 419 120 ipc bail was granted by session court since the condition was two surity of fifth thousand reuppes each. since one of the surity want to sell his property. can i give my brother as surity. he has no property .but he works for a partnershp company he has salary slip and id card his salary is seventy thousands ruppes.but his not a government staff a private staff. is it ok to give please tell me know

Apply to the court for discharge of existing surety and for relaxation for furnishing new surety.
