dear members after how many days maximum court gives bail in ipc 468 120b 471 406 420 if charge sheet is not filed and is there any critaria of old age person

Granting bail is a discretionary right of the court and citations in such matters for the period cannot be helpful for anyone because every case is unik and every judicial officer is unik in its approach.
Adv.R.P.Chugh (Expert) 11 March 2012
60 days from the date of order of remand if chargesheet is not filed - the accused gets a right to bail, which cannot be cancelled just on subsequent filing of charge-sheet and can only be cancelled on grounds normally required u/s 437(5) & 439(2).

See S.167(2) Proviso
Uday Mohan Lal Acharya v. State (2001)

bail is certainly a matter of discretion in case of non bailable offences.

however, S.167 (2) the same can be granted as a matter of right if the conditions of S.167(2) are fulfilled.

otherwise there is no time limit.

No fixed time. Can be on the same day, if judge is convinced. If not, he can refuse bail.
