Attaching property with promissory notes andhra pradesh

Dear Sir,

Somebody owes me some money and I have promissory notes for the same.
However, he is not willing to pay.
Some other person took him to the court and his farm-land is going to be auctioned soon by the court order.
Can I also attach the same property with my promissory notes?
Or how can I get money back from him?

Did you return the money owed by someone ?
Money owned by someone shall not issue any promissory note in favour of his / her adversary, it is required to be rechecked.
What action did you take ?
Fabricated and fake facts cannot lead to form proper opinion and oblige.
Consult a local prudent lawyer if it is a real story, which is prima facie unbelievable and time pass query.
