atrocity case charge sheet not filed from 6 months

sir a false atrocity case was filed on me 6 months back the police have not yet filed a charge cheet on me i have been booked under ipc 506 prevention of atrocities act 3(1) &(10)..what remedy do i have before the courts?>

in atrocity CASE investigation takes time so it might have filed. You can challenge it in the high court to quash the FIR

If it is false case and having valid ground for that ,you can move quash petition before High Court. Otherwise you can file a direction petition under 482 CrPC.

Generally the court does not interfere in investigation, the case is true or false, it will be decided by the trial court and not in the high court.You can move only for expditaion of investigation before the higher court.
