Hello Sir,
I wanted to know if possesion of bullet proof/stab proof vests was legal in india. Also is it legal to carry expandable/non expandable batons and pepper sprays. Also do we need a gun license to carry stun guns.

Yes. To carry stun guns certainly you need to take permissiion concerned Dist., commissioner. There is procedure for it you have to take it. To have the gun license you must show the genuine reason.

You must obtain a valid license to possess such guns in India. For possessing vest you don't need any license.
