To plead a case one ned not file any vakalathnama.
The advocate on record can entrust any advocate to argue the case on his behalf.

In such situations an instruction note on behalf of engaged one can do in lower courts if there is some objection.Otherwise no body objects for such little things.

In Upper courts lawyers declared as seniors do not need to file any signed power.
