In a partnership firm of 5 partners As per partnership deed. Interest on capital is to be paid at 15% p.a. but 3 partners are unwilling to pay. All disputes are to be resolved by arbitration. Please guide how to start arbitration case. where to register the case in Pune and what can be the likely charges. Which party has to pay the charges. Is the arbitration decision final and binding
