Dear sir
my matter was held in arbitration depatment of nse. i filed complain against broker
in nse in gujrati language. they have rejected gurati language as well as hindi.
they say to me compalsary file complain in english
my quatation is
why i am no to use gujrati as well as hindi
language
i want to use gujrati language
pls send any supported rule

you cant choose language for arbitration . english in preferred mode of communciation . unlesss there is provision that arbitration proceedings can be held in gujrati you will have to file it in english language .

Unless the arbitration clause specifically mention Gujrati / Hindi as a language for arbitration, arbitrator may refuse to do the proceedings in these languages.

You should send the complaint in Gujarati language with its translation in English as unfortunately the lover of Indian languages have either died or dying slowly.
