appeal against objections dismissed by the court

(Querist) 11 January 2011 This query is : Resolved 
I have filed objections to the execution petition in which i was not the party. My Application has been dismissed. what are the remedies available against the dismissal of objection application. is CM (M) is maintainable.

Agree with Amit, what is your locus, how your interest effected through that order ? Unless your interest effected through that order, you can not file any appeal or application.

If you have interest over the property, you can implead as a party, otherwise you can not.
