Income tax is payable on income and not on genuine transaction.

Discuss in detail with your tax consultant.

Dear Querist,
Ur problem as posted is whether transfer of funds of Rs. 2.5 lakhs a day out of ur Current account would cause any taxation problem?
Since ur transferring funds from ur Current account,u have an established business house and apparently funds transfer are meant to meet business needs, in my considered opinion , the same is not going to cause any Income tax problem.However, pl. consult ur Chartered Accountant locally for analysing finer aspects if any.

Mera koi business Nhi ha me apne current account se money transfer ka Kaam karta hu isme koi dikat. To nhi h na Roj ka 3-4 Lakh ki transfer hoti ha
