Is there any judgement on section 498a and 306 of IPC for taking anticipatory bail?

There is no combination of section 306 with 406, however, I cite citation on the given matter as under:

your query is regarding 498A(harrassment by the husband or relative of the husband) and 306(Abbetment of suicide),
in the case like the combination of the above two sections of IPC many things is to be taken into consideration , if the person is dead then post-mortem report,inquest report, statement of complainant (father of any relative of the deceased) to SDM or Tehsildar, is there any recovery of suicide note and the allegation made by complainant , is there any police complaint in this regard in the past for the demand or anything.
yes offcourse the bail is always matter of discretion but a good lawyer is who takes over the discreation in his favour.
there are ample of judgements. but for that please state the facts and other details of the case first.
