Hello experts
I have a query related to property. I want to know about land measurement.

Q1. How much land is covered under 10 acres?

Q2. If I sell my 10 acres land? What should be adequate consideration for this land?

A1.One acre equals 4,840 square yards, 43,560 square feet[2] or about 4,047 square metres (0.405 hectares).multiply by ten to get your desired figure.

A2.Adequate consideration for any thing is a rate which buyers are ready happily to pay and sellers are ready to receive and the variable between ASK and BID is not too large. There are several factors which govern the land prices and they differ from place to place and area to area.

A hypothetical middle-class standard level academic query by a law student.

1. If you are the owner of the land, you are expected to know how much land is covered under 10 acres.

2. Depends solely on the location of land, prevalent market rates subject further to the type of land (soft, stoney, sandy, or marshy), fertility, facilities for transportation of products and the availability of customer for that type of land.

A1. 10 Acres land covers 40470 sq. mts.

A2. Depends upon market value of that land. We can't determine here.

The nature of query does not also indicate any legal issue, as no legal problem has been mentioned in the query.

Not a legal query
