Sir, the hospital rules is they are given annual increment to every employee Rs 600/- this is the rules but when persons intentionally or harassing the employee then what can do the employee, what is your employee act say's

No employee can be got discriminated without any specific order to that extent after providing a due opportunity of hearing. You make a written representation to the management failing which file a civil suit or a labour case as per your status.
