can ancestral land property sale by owner of land( who is proprietor of land)? he had two sons one want to sale it and other do not want to sale it? can proprietor sale the land or not? if not than how can he sale it? please advice sir.

To Mr. Bunty.

to show family need in the sale deed means, to establish that the property has been sold for welfare of family e.g. education,merrage,treatment of children or to clear the debt of family of children. Means the property has not been sold for personal benefit but it is sold in the interest of family and its members.It will be useful in future legal matters.
