we have got aplot in tirupathi in the document it is written that my grandma and her sister and bro have which my grand ma gave it to my mom her share now which she got from her father and my grandma father has asecond wife she has a son now my grand ma gave her share to my mom which is given as gifted now can this of second wife can claim for this plot share as my grand ma s sister has already constucted a house there
