sir recently i won transfer petition case filed by my wife in supreme court.
case proceded in my place and they never filed objection nor appeared in court but appointed advocate. they never contested so i got divorce decree kind of ex party. now they have other two cases in court . one false case 498 a filed on me which submitted to court as b ralse by police. another i filed criminal case against them because they threatened me sec 503,506,323,. now they expect alimony and claim that they close case (498 A). they have arrest warrant . how to avoid alimony and how to teach her and her father who have tortured me. pls reply and advice.

if your wife is ready to withdraw her case filed under section 498 A settle with her . you have got a divorce .you cna bargain that you will withdraw case filed under 503, 506 in return if they withdraw 498 A case

she is qualified doctor pathologist. i got exparty divorce. they never appeared to court neither in false 498A which is submitted as false B from police. but they have criominal case on them giot arrest warrant so now they coming for surrendering. nothing is there in their hand to tortute me except theyu can file protest memo against B report submitted for 498A . (sincerly i would like to donate the money to poor people or educational trust if that money will not go them ) the so called alimony they are expecting. her father is criminal minded and tortured alot to me. she is working doc . always its men who suffers to live his own life just because of worst gender biased hindu marriage acts. i do respect have concern to helpless poor women but hate such parents and womedn who torture male gender. i can avoid alimony by fighting but..
