Dear sir, Three years back most of the farmers in my village sold their lands to a private cement factory, due to severe drought that occured for four years. They had no choice except to sell their lands to clear debts and also to make their living. Taking this as an advantage ,that private company had taken all the lands of farmers at cheaper rate. Now the same land price has got increased almost 6-7 times . Can i go legally and get some compensation for the poor farmers who lost their lands. Please advice me.

Though legally you have no right to agitate now. If increase in the cost of land at subsequent time is any criteria then there shall be a position of lawlessness all over world. One sells land at the time of his necessity what so ever it may be.
Even then if you want to follow the farmers of NOIDA (UP) then agitate and serve a legal notice to buyer company nd warn it to either stop work or to provide compensation compared to present time. Thereafter you may go to court.

No, you can not legally get compensation for the poor farmers.
