Dear Sir
I have one query ,please guide me.
we are 4 brothers,my parents have died long back.
My father purchase a agriculture land in a village. My parents have died before this land registration.
After their death some how this land is registered with the name of my to elder brothers.
Now my brothers are not ready to give our share in this land.
Please tell me any way to get my share in this land.

There is no legal way to pesuade your brothers to distribute the land in favour of you rather family or relative's pressure may work in such matter otherwise legally you all can do nothing against them.

Well, you can always file a suit for partition to claim your share. Apply for injunction as well so your share may not be illegally transferred in the meant time.

After death of your parents, as per Hindu Succession Act 1956, the property devolve to all legal heirs (in your case all 04 brothers names should have entered in land registration). Hence, approach higher authority , and get all legal heirs entered by submitting legal heirship certificate obtained from Court .
