Dear All,

I want to conform a rs 100 stamp agreement with notary is valid or not in land sale agreement.

Would be Enough.In Some States the Sale Agreement Registration is Mandatory.Please Check.In Supreme Court they Insist Such documents should have been Registered.If it is Registered Legally You could Be Safe.

As per sec 17 of Registration Act,sale agreement is compulsorily registrable document.in absence of its registration the document will not be admissible in evidence.
