Sir, X(Purchaser) have sent an agreement to Y(Seller) by email and Y confirm it through email. Will this amount to valid agreement. What will be the position in court of law in case of dispute.

That should be a valid agreement as is supported by time stamp of the service provider.

The working of law is required in cases of disputes.
Otherwise even words are sufficient if one is ready to keep his words !Is it not so Mr. Makkad????????????????

agreement may mean meeting of minds ,offer and acceptance, it can be oral also ,exchange of Emails can well be proved like any other facts

One can issue notice on basis of E Mail instructions, and another party comply with the instructions, agree to pay for services. If party fails to pay, can move court. E Mail Print our do not require Signature , supported by Evidence Act.
