dear,let me know what is agreement of tenancy,n what right does tenant have in property

let me know what is agreement of tenancy?
When owner of property confers a right of use of that property delivering the possession thereof in favor of person agreeing to pay him rent,then formation of an agreement of tenancy takes place and owner then is called landlord ,and person agreeing to pay rent is called tenant.
n what right does tenant have in property?

the tenant has right to use and possess the property so leased to him for period agreed subject to payment of rent.

It is an agreement by which a tenant is inducted into the tenancy.
The terms are as agreed upon by the parties & is valid unless contrary to any provision of the local Tenancy law.

The tenant is having the right to use the property untill he vacates (by own decision or court order) the property.
