Hello,

I am entering into an agreement with a service provider. I have already paid him advance payments prior to the date of agreement. Can I acknowledge or mention that advance payment in my agreement?

So basically, I will acknowledge the fact that, advance payment has been made prior to the date of agreement and the service provider agrees and confirms the receipt of such payment.

and such earlier payment will be equally covered and protected under the agreement as the other consideration...right??
