Dear Sir , due to some reasome my age was wrongly mentioned in my passport n i didnt bother to change it.
Now i want to make a Pan Card N Aadhar Card but my Birth Certificate age is different from passport n also i have given my passprot copy to the bank as my age proof
how can i rectify this mistake

"due to some reasons" - what are those some reasons? If the error is crept without any fault on you, you can approach the Pass Port Issuing Authority with all the proofs of correct age and ask for rectification.

what do you want? change the DOB or canceal the facts to make the PAN & Adhaar Card.

What is the date of birth in your educational certificates? What are other documents you are having for your date of birth you want to change? What were the reasons of this error?

You have to file a declaration suit in the court with the proof of actual d.o.b.With the Court declarations the rectification would be made in necessary documents including passport etc.Consult a lawyer.

Do you want your to show your correct date of buirth or DOB as per your SSC in the Bank in support of your age? In case you want to do either and SHOW YOUR CORRECT DOB etc as per passport-then a submitting a simple affidavit to the Bank would do-if it's in accordance with your Pan-if not apply for correction of DOB in accordance with the procedure of Income Department for change/modification of your DOB in PAN through online. Login to their/Income Tax dept site for the relevant details. Now, as per the recent Supreme Court decisions possession of Aadhar for cooking Gas subsidy of Government/s is not a must.If you want to get your DOB corrected in accordance with your SSC file a Writ in the High Court for necessary directions for change of DOB in accordance with your SSC certificate.
