Mene RTU ,KOTA, RAJASTHAN se Afflited college APEX INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, RANPUR ,KOTA me 12/08/2013 ko Direct Admission liya tha lekin kisi karan vash 22/08/2013 ko admission cancel karane ki application de di thi admission ke waqt 25000/- ka check diya tha me jab admission cancel karane gaya tha to us waqt mene College ke Principal se mere Documents mange the lekin college ke Principal ne us waqt mere Documents nahi diye the jiski vajah se me kisi dusre Course me admission nahi le paya or mera 1 sal barbad ho gaya
kya me principal per maan hani ka dawa ka case ker sakta hu yadi me case ker sakta hu to uski kya process hai
mere father ki income itni nahi hai ki hum ek vakil kar sake

On cancellation of admission by candidate the college is bound to return all documents and part of admission fees.
What the college is doing illegal.
File a case in consumer forum which is cost effective and expeditious.

Send legal notice and after it file consumer case. If your father's income is not enough you can have assistance from distt. legal cell or file case your self.
