Hello,

I have few question.

1) Can a member of bar counsel of India file a trademark application while working in an LPO?

2) Can a private limited company, providing legal services, hire trademark (advocates) and patent agents for filing applications with Indian patent and trademark law?

3) Can an advocate under payroll of a private limited company, file trademark application with IPO? If yes, will it disqualify the applicant's right during litigation, if any?

Filing trade mark application is not legal work so any body can file it. The registration authority have simple procedures for appointment of rep.
