Advocate filed case but no proper drafting

sir, my advocate file case in court but no proper allegation put up on accused, i want to change the draft and want to rectify,judge given order verification require or else case will be dismiss,what i do ,advocate telling no change we can doo.
but in my verification can i wright the allegation details ,advocate telling compolsory marathi to file case in vasai,thane .but we don,t know marathi what i do,may i approach judge on same date or before that or change advocate or what is best way.

Change ur lawyer and then file application for amendment of ur case in court on next date.
