I WISH TO TAKE ADMSN IN LLB AS I M WORKING IN COM. I DONE B.COM, 1994.@39% MARKS. CAN I DO THE SAME WITH MY JOB. ANY PART TIME/NIGHT/CORRPONDCE COLLGE. NEED TO DO LEGAL PRACTICE. MAHINDERBHARTI@YAHOO.CO.IN

You may please state wherefrom you would like to do LL.B. There are number of colleges/universities in the country running part time/night/correspondence courses of LL.B.

Seems that the query was set to resolved Status by mistake. Mr. Jose has asked for certain information.
There are part time colleges. You can do LL.B.provided the rules permit admission to a student who has scored 39% marks. In some states entrance examination is taken. So please enquire with the local law colleges.

Generally 40% marks are necessary for admission. Now LL.B. through part time/correspondence is not valid. It is practice course and students must have attained the classes.
