After investigation police filed charge sheet. trial started and some witnesses examined.police intimated the court that they are conducting further investigation.Examination witnesses continued by the court despite of the application to it.An additional charge sheet is filed after further investigation.Which charge will prevail?What is the effect of the examination of witnesses already conducted?Support your answer with rulings.
