Do you want details of land or residential? Adangal is for the details of land, patta/Survey No., extent, land tax, the name of the owner, etc. But for the residential property, you have to contact the local body i.e. Panchayat/Mpl/Corpn. authorities.

Adangal is the extract from A- Register, maintained at VAO's office. Adangal records provide more details about type of land and purpose of land.
Adangal is a very important revenue record, as it contains details of land such as owner's details, area, assessment, water rate, soil type, nature of possession of the Land, Liabilities, Tenancy and Crops grown, etc.
For residential property you can get khata.
Khata Certificate: This legal property document verifies that your property is listed in the local municipal records and that you have got approval before getting the construction done

It is not possible. You may obtain an E.C. for 40 years, you may get the details if the transaction is really made.
