Accident case filed in my bro

My brother and his friends were on a trip to coimbatore with his friend in a scorpio car while going they met an accident .he was driving the car and his friend died on the way to hospital and my bro was sevierly hurt and serious in hospital with multiple fractures,other were hurt and he was booked under Ipc 279, 337 and 304 (a)and i need to know how to close the case plz Help

Your brother shall get regular bail immediately and thereafter he shall have to face the trial of the case and only thereafter, he can get freed from the case.

sir we got Bail and trail is also done after that can we go for a compromise petetion or any other way to close the case coz he is student

As it is a bailable case so first got the bail and then face the trail it is[accident] very tough to prove the case from state.the complinant is also interested in claim.
