abusive and disturbing childhood

i guess this is what happens when dalits are allowed to rot. i hope i've written the whole thing clearly, most of the narration is not in tune with my heart because of the intellectual hooliganism I’m subjected to, writing this is painful. i've presented the incidents in the chronological order starting from 1985. there are somethings i've omitted which i'm not willing to share in the open forum. i'll pm to the members who are interested. please give advice, suggest sections,act,judgments,etc. whatever is necessary in initiating a legal procedure or resolving the problem. I take my life seriously, these feckless people are just playing around so callously and emotionally mutilating in the process. I have been subjected to these people’s ignorant ways of doing things since I was few months old. It is long but please keep up with it. This is very urgent and things are in a precarious state.

1. You have option to file DV Act on all your female aunties. If this is not acceptable then tell us what you want from us can you specifiy in just 10 lines !

i'm a boy and 25. can i still file dv act. i want to be compensated and their tom foolery to be put in check. and never play around with my essential needs or desires.

DV Act is not meant for you. You can file a suit for damages detailing the facts chronically and losses u have suffered since your childhood in the hands of your own family members. It has definitely affected your systematic growth and you are continuously subjected to various sufferings.

what acts or sections cover these things. when i go to a lawyer and say these. will they indulge in activities exploiting my ignorance of law and taunt me that my family members have a right to file counter suit. what should i do then?
