A fake sc-st attrocity case

Hi All,

One SC person filed an SC - ST case against me for monetary gains and to restrain me from questioning his corrupt activities in MGNREGS scheme in my village. What is the procedure should i follow to get relief from that case? FIR is registered against me in the local police station.
