Sir, A person is making false complaints against me in Police Station regularly. On call of Police I attend the Police .Police takes my written statement. I request the Police to give me a photocopy of the Complaint, but the Police says that you can read the complaint but the photocopy of the Complaint can not be given to you as there is no rule to provide the same. Whether the Police is saying True? If yes, then how can I Complain against the complainer that he is Harrasing me?

RTI has fulfilled the lacunae in the provisions which bar the police to supply copy of complaint to the accused person legally.

You require to move every time separate application for seeking such complaint under the provisions of RTI Act wherein you can also mention that after finding the complaint as false and fabricated, what action has been taken against such complainant and after obtaining its certified copy, you can not only file complaint against such complainant but also against the police officials concerned with the matter.
