Brief history
Wife put 498a in 2005 but just entry in GD of PS , no case registered.
Again attempts in 2006 in general diary entry in same ps
2006 498a filed in WPC,but no trial.
2008 DV filed
2008 Husband filed OP in family court
2009 DV compromised
2010 Another 498a case registered in another PS
2012 498a compromised,but judgement copy and bail amountyet to released by the court.
2013 Family Court Says put petitions from both spouses in writing and court will decide on the petition to be compromised or contested.
2013 Wife again threatening to approach police in case if family court not closed immediately for whatsoever reason may be.
All above years wife is still staying with Husband.
Question

Will the PS#3 accept another 498a case ? If yes how many times a wife can file in different PS ?
What is the solution in IPC LAW in putting mutliple 498a on a same husband ?

Wife is not permitted to misuse 498A every time just to pressurize her husband for her one desire or the other. Life is based upon trust and faith and if these basic characteristics disappear therein, no use to make compromise.
If your wife is having such type of character, why do you make compromise with her and why don't you get rid of her?
