498a wife signed for compromising, but Judge asked to reappear after three months.
Is there a possibility the case can be reopened based on wifes word.
Since she is insisting to closure of divorce case before that & but dont want to appear to family court.
In the situation will the 498a can be proved that she is has put up a false 498a case in order not to appear to family court.

Your query is not clear. There shall not be any impact of family court petition. You have not mentioned who has filed which petition before the family court and what compromise has taken place between you so nothing finally can be told to you in the given facts.

Unless the case is in AP, the 498a can not be closed like this.
